Ouagadougou: The Baccalaureate examination tests for the 2024 session were launched this Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at the Naaba Kango Professional High School in Ouahigouya by the Secretary General of the Northern Region (SGR) Kuilga Albert Zongo in presence of officials and actors of post-primary and secondary education in the locality.
It is in the name of Issouf Ouédraogo, Governor of the Northern region that the SGR launched the various written tests for the baccalaureate session 2024. There are a total of 6,878 in the entire Northern region including 3,101 in the Yatenga province to apply for the first diploma which will allow them to have access to universities and grandes écoles in order to continue their studies.
Kuilga Albert Zongo, Secretary General of the Northern region before opening the envelope containing the first written test, gave practical advice to the candidates before wishing them good luck.
In Yatenga, only the towns of Ouahigouya and Séguénéga host the examination centers for reasons l
inked to the security situation.
