Passoré/JEPCC: Administrative and teaching staff support the patriotic support fund with 723,400 F CFA francs

The Provincial Directorate of Primary and Non-Formal Preschool Education (DPEPPNF) of Passoré with the support of primary education structures handed over on Thursday, October 17, 2024, the sum of 723,400 FCFA to the High Commissioner of Passoré, Daouda Sangaré, for the benefit of the Patriotic Support Fund (FSP). This gesture by the DPEPPNF is part of the celebration of the second phase of the Days of Patriotic Commitment and Citizen Participation (JEPCC)

As part of the celebration of the second phase of the Days of Patriotic Commitment and Citizen Participation (JEPPC) which ran from October 2 to 16, 2024, primary school teachers, heads of Basic Education Districts (CCEB) and staff of the Provincial Directorate of Primary and Non-Formal Preschool Education (DPEPPNF) of Passoré initiated a fundraising operation in its program of activities to support the peace effort.

The operation raised the sum of 723,400 CFA francs from the various primary education structures of the DPEPPNF of Passoré.

The Provincial
Director in charge of preschool, primary and non-formal education (DPEPPNF) of Passoré, Mahamoudou Kiogo, accompanied by his administrative staff, handed over the receipt for the amount collected to the High Commissioner of Passoré, Daouda Sangaré.

The DPEPPNF said it was very satisfied with the mobilization and participation of the actors in the activities included in the celebration of the second phase of the JEPPC.

Mr. Kiogo indicated that their contribution to the Patriotic Support Fund (FSP) demonstrates the patriotic commitment and civic participation of the primary educational structures of the province, to support the efforts of the Transitional government.

For the high commissioner of the province, Daouda Sangaré, this patriotic and civic initiative deserves recognition from the actors in the context of the start of the school year.

Mr. Sangaré, on behalf of the Transition authorities, expressed his gratitude to all the educational structures that participated in this operation which confirms, ac
cording to him, a degree of patriotic commitment of the education stakeholders in the Passoré province.

“At the end of each month, we take stock of the various contributions to the head of the region, so that this can be imitated in other sectors of activity,” he explained.

Several activities related to patriotism and civic-mindedness were on the day’s program.

These include, among others, the sanitation day, the port of Faso Danfani/koko dunda, the dissemination of messages of civic-mindedness and living – living in Burkina Faso.
