Ouagadougou: Municipal police close down a bar that sold adulterated drinks to students

The Ouagadougou municipal police closed Tuesday in the Cissin district, a bar that was selling adulterated drinks to students aged 12 to 18, during school hours.

FIGHT AGAINST INCIVISM IN SCHOOLS.

Upon denunciation by the local populations of the Cissin district in district no. 06, the Public Security Directorate (DSP) carried out an eviction operation and seizure of adulterated drinks this Tuesday, October 22, 2024.

Indeed, students aged between 12 and 18 were indulging in the consumption of adulterated drinks in a place of sale during school hours.

The Municipal Police closed the said place and seized the drinks and equipment.

As for the offenders’ vehicles, they were taken to the pound.

The Municipal Police welcomes the collaboration of the population and invites people to always denounce uncivil behavior that endangers school children.
