The governor of Boucle du Mouhoun, Babo Pierre Bassinga launched, on Tuesday March 26, 2024 in Dédougou, the National Days of Patriotic Commitment and Citizen Participation (JEPPC).

Let’s go for the first National Days of Patriotic Commitment and Citizen Participation (JEPPC) in the Boucle du Mouhoun.

The launch took place on Tuesday March 26, 2024 in Dédougou. It was the governor of the region, Babo Pierre Bassinga, who presided over the ceremony, in the presence of the established bodies and active forces of the region, all dressed in their traditional outfits (Faso danfani and kôkôdonda). And this, after having raised the national colors high.

Several activities, announced the governor, will fill these days over the next two weeks.

These include, among other things, health days, public conferences to explain the values ????advocated by the transition to populations, sketches in establishments and frameworks to promote the consumption of local dishes, which according to him, are clean and digestible.

M
r. Bassinga, on the occasion, returned to the message of the Head of State which invites simple gestures, but full of meaning.

This involves, among other things, planting a tree for each happy event, contributing to the peace effort, becoming involved as a Volunteer for the Defense of the Fatherland (VDP), paying taxes and consuming food and local products.

To public officials, he invited them to conscientiously carry out their tasks.

‘We will work to ensure that these actions are applied in the region. These are behaviors that we must work to preserve and pass on to future generations,’ the governor suggested.

He hoped that each son and daughter of the region and the country would reinvent themselves, make a new start and be more demanding of themselves before being so for others.

‘Neither luck nor luck exists. There is only work that exists and which can truly lead us towards better tomorrows and a future of all possibilities,’ he concluded.
