The School Movement for a Bright Future section of Namentenga (MOSAR ) , in collaboration with the provincial directorate of secondary education, vocational and technical training, the health district of Boulsa and the International Alliance for Medical Action (ALIMA) collected on Friday, October 25, 2024 in Boulas, 83 bags of blood to save lives.
The blood donation operation organized by the School Movement for a Bright Future, Namentenga section (MOSAR) took place on Friday, October 25, 2024 at the provincial high school of Boulsa , in the province of Namentenga.
This collection, which mobilized a total of 83 bags of blood , was carried out in partnership with the provincial directorate of secondary education, vocational and technical training, the health district of Boulsa and the International Alliance for Medical Action (ALIMA ) to save lives .
” It is a work that we salute at its true value ” , Idrissa Séré pé from the laboratory of the Medical Center with surgical antenna ( CMA ) of Boulsa.
He al
so specified that this operation saw the participation of students from different establishments in the municipality.
According to the president of MOSAR of Namentenga , Julien Mandé , the initiative will contribute a little to the numerous requests from the CMA in need of blood to save lives .
Mr. Mandé thanked all the establishments in the commune and the partners of the Boulsa health district and continued to request the support of development partners to achieve the MOSAR objectives.
” In this operation , we benefited from the support of ALIMA. It must be recognized that students are our main blood suppliers. We encourage them to always respond to the CMA’s recurring blood needs to save lives ,” he pleaded .
