Participants in the special military operation claim that modern warfare is a “mathematicians’ war,” Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with BRICS media executives.
“Not so long ago, people said that modern warfare is a confrontation of technologies. Today I have already heard our fighters say that modern warfare is a war of mathematicians,” Putin said.
