The president of the special delegation of Kando, Arana Paré, chaired, on Monday, October 28, 2024 in Kando, his 2nd session of the Municipal Consultation Framework (CCC), with the financial support of the International Cooperation Agency of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation and Wallonia (APEFE). It was in the presence of the municipal authorities, technical and financial partners and customary chiefs.
The 2nd session of the Kando Municipal Consultation Framework took place on Monday, October 28, 2024 in Kando, under the chairmanship of the president of the Kando special delegation, Arana Paré.
Four communications on the decree establishing the Village Development Committees (COVED), the great green wall, the fixing of prices for Rural Land Ownership Certificates (APFR) in the commune of Kando and the Local Water Committee (CLE) were presented.
“This consultation framework allowed us to understand many things through communications on the different points discussed. We were satisfied and we thank the Speci
al Delegation and its partners for the opportunity,” declared the secretary of the Village Development Council (CVD) of the village of Mobeiga, Salfo Ouédraogo.
According to the head of the departmental service in charge of Agriculture in Kando, Soumaila Ganemtoré, the communications were really fruitful for them.
For the head of the monitoring and evaluation service at the level of the national coordination of the great green wall of Burkina Faso, Jean Jacques Teegawendé Bayiri, he did not fail to underline the relevance of the themes addressed within the framework of consultation.
“We would like to thank the municipal authorities for effectively holding this consultation framework. I felt that the participants were motivated by the various communications,” he said.
Jean Jacques Teegawendé Bayiri, invited the population to put into practice the advice given during this consultation framework, particularly those relating to land management and water resource management.

elegation of the commune of Kando, Arana Paré, the objective of the consultation framework is to bring together the field actors who work for the development of the commune and allow them to discuss a number of themes.
He also expressed his satisfaction to the technical and financial partners and the interest that the participants showed in the meeting.
