Ouagadougou: The Secretary General of the Ministry of Solidarity, Humanitarian Action, National Reconciliation, Gender and Family, Karim Zina proceeded, this Wednesday, March 27, 2024, to installation of new members of the board of directors of the National Solidarity and Social Resilience Fund (FNS-RS), now headed by Alphonse Toougouma.
Appointed by the Council of Ministers on March 20, 2024, Mr. Alphonse Toougouma replaces Mrs. Fatoumata Traoré, president who left after two successive mandates of three (03) years.
Ms. Traoré thanked the Director General and all the staff for the frank collaboration and great availability which contributed to achieving appreciable results in the social care of vulnerable people. To this end, she reassured that her team is prepared to support the new team in the success of its mission.
The incoming president, on behalf of all the directors, expressed his gratitude to the authorities for their trust. While recognizing the scope of their mission, Mr. Alphonse Toougouma sugge
sted that his team has a precious heritage to perpetuate and promote so that the Burkinabè recognize through this fund a surge of solidarity towards each other.
The Secretary General, on behalf of the Minister, congratulated and wished success to the new team, while inviting them to give their best to achieve the objectives of the structure.
As for the administrators who left, Mr. Karim Zina congratulated them for the work done which made it possible to achieve appreciable results.
