The Minister of State, Minister of National Defense and Veterans Affairs, Brigadier General Kassoum Coulibaly, inaugurated, on Sunday, October 27, 2024, at the Regional Hospital Center (CHR) of Dori, a scanner and a mobile oxygen generator, and laid the first stone for the construction of a hemodialysis center.
Brigadier General Kassoum Coulibaly was accompanied by the Minister of Health, Dr. Robert Lucien Jean Claude Kargougou, and the Minister Delegate for Animal Resources, Dr. Amadou Dicko.
In a tight schedule, the ministerial delegation visited and spoke with the staff of the pediatrics, operating theater and maternity ward of the CHR of Dori.
The head of the delegation then inaugurated a latest generation scanner and a mobile oxygen generator with a capacity of more than 27 m³ per hour. He also laid the foundation stone for the construction of a hemodialysis center.
The Minister of State, Minister of Defense, congratulated the CHR personnel for the medical support they provide to the defense and se
curity forces. On behalf of the Head of State, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, he encouraged the workers of the region in general, and particularly those of the CHR, for their resilience.
For the general manager of the CHR of Dori, this new equipment will strengthen the technical platform of his structure. He expressed his gratitude to the head of state and the entire government for these exceptional efforts.
The delegation also visited the mobile clinic, where several women were consulted.
