Like other localities in Burkina Faso and despite adversity, educational activities for the 2024-2025 school year got off to a good start on Thursday, October 24, 2024, in the Basic Education District (CEB) of Fada N’Gourma 1.
The Head of the Basic Education District (CCEB) of Fada N’Gourma 1, Ahadi Idani, declared that the management councils between the actors of an administrative unit fall under the cardinal requirements of human resources management and is a sure springboard for the life of a structure.
“To do this, dialogue, consultation and communication remain the leader’s main tools,” he added.
Before addressing the day’s activities, Mr. Idani congratulated all stakeholders for the results achieved in 2024.
From the CEB offices to the educational support team, an assessment of the activit
ies of the past year was drawn up before diagnosing the shortcomings and proposing prospects.
In general, the educational offer is growing in this education district due to the pressure from internally displaced students.
Concerns in terms of furniture, reception infrastructure and textbooks arise at the various host schools.
“Despite these difficulties, no child of school age should be refused entry to school,” the CCEB said.
He reassured school directors that the Burkinabe state and its partners will work to improve working conditions in schools for quality education for all.
The social partners, who are the representatives of the union structures, welcomed the steps taken by the CEB of Fada N’Gourma 1 in preparing for this school year.
