Ouagadougou: About fifteen women from several associations and women’s groups in the rural commune of Coalla, province of Gnagna, were trained from Wednesday December 27 to Thursday December 28, 2023 in Manni, on saponification techniques.

This training of 15 women from several women’s associations and groups is part of the activities of the special municipal delegation of Coalla, whose aim is to create income-generating activities for the benefit of local women.

The activity was entirely financed from its own funds with technical support from the provincial youth directorate and professional training from Gnagna.

According to the prefect, president of the special municipal delegation of Coalla, Abdourazac Gansonré, the objective of this activity is to facilitate the socio-economic integration of women through the creation of income-generating activities.

He invited the beneficiaries to share the knowledge acquired with other members of their associations to achieve better results.

For forty-eight hours,
the participants acquired a better knowledge of the methods and strategies for manufacturing quality products to better conquer the market.

The beneficiaries expressed their recognition and thanks to the special delegation, then committed to creating their small businesses.
