Ouagadougou: The President of the Republic of Mali, Colonel Assimi GOÏTA, at the end of his stay in Burkina Faso, left Ouagadougou early in the evening.
At the end of his visit, President Assimi GOÏTA praised the excellence of bilateral relations between Burkina Faso and the Republic of Mali.
Arriving in Ouagadougou in the morning, the Malian President had a working session with President Ibrahim TRAORE.
This working session extended to the two delegations made it possible to examine questions relating to the fight against terrorism, bilateral cooperation and socio-economic development.
The question of strengthening cooperation within the member countries of the Alliance of Sahel States (AES) was also addressed by the two delegations.
