The President of Faso, Head of State, Captain Ibrahim TRAORE received in audience, this Friday late morning, a delegation of Burkinabe and Chinese businessmen.

Present in the Burkinabe capital as part of a Sino-Burkinabe business meeting, the delegation was led by the Special Advisor to the Head of State LI YUBAO. It discussed with the President of Faso the issues of this meeting which contributes to strengthening cooperation between Burkina Faso and the People’s Republic of China.

“This Sino-Burkinabe business forum is a success, because its objective was to send a message to the whole world on Burkina Faso’s progress towards its development,” said the Special Advisor at the end of the audience with the Head of State.

For LI YUBAO, this meeting was an opportunity for Burkina Faso to reaffirm, once again, its desire to develop. “In Burkina Faso, we have abundant resources and we have entrepreneurs who are ambitious,” said Mr. YUBAO, convinced of a bright future for our country.

During discussions with C
hinese and Burkinabe businessmen, the President of Faso stressed the need to move towards the industrialization of our country. For the Head of State, the development of a country begins with the consolidation of its industrial fabric. Hence the many initiatives taken to strengthen the production and processing capacities of national companies.
