Out of 1746 candidates who took part in the Primary School Certificate examination for the 2024n session in the province of Namentenga, 1550 students were admitted, representing a success rate of 88.77%.
A total of 1,746 candidates took part in the examination for the Certificate of Primary Studies (CEP) session of 2024, in all 7 Basic Education Circumscriptions (CEB) of the Namentenga province and 1,550 students were declared ie a success rate of 88.77%.
The CEBs of Zéguédéguin and Boala did 100% with 25 and 61 candidates respectively. CEB Boulsa ‘2’ achieved 93.17% with 560 admitted out of 601 candidates presented.
Followed respectively by CEB Boulsa ‘1’, 576 admitted out of 631 or 91.28%. The CEB of Yalgo recorded 76 admissions out of 90 candidates, or 84.44%. The CEB of Dargo, 55 admitted out of 66, or 83.33% success and that of Tougouri 204 admitted out of 279 candidates with 73.11%.
The provincial director of preschool, primary and non-formal education of Namentenga, Bernard Kaboré specified that t
he success rate is slightly down compared to the previous session which was 90.79%.
