Burkina/Support for the Transition: Citizen monitoring is exported to Zabré

Zabré, After large cities, citizen monitoring which is the daily action for many supporters of the Transition, to monitor strategic locations, was exported to Zabré in the province of Boulgou (Centre-est), noted an AIB journalist.

Vehicle tires painted in the colors of Burkina Faso, flags of Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger and Russia floating inside these tires, a few benches, a stove, a teapot and here is this place in front of the station Zabré road, now called “ Yaa Tilaï” roundabout by the Faso Youth Alliance for Territorial Integrity (AJFIT).

This Saturday, November 18, 2023, it is a few minutes past 8 pm and we can already hear the young people mobilized in large numbers at the roundabout, chanting: “long live the Transition”; ”long live Ibrahim Traoré” ”the Fatherland or death we will conquer”…

Built since Saturday November 11, 2023, this space is intended to be a roundabout for patriots, according to the president of the alliance Luc Sango.

“We are stationed here until Burkina Faso is completely liberated. Among us there are fighters. It is also another way for us to support our Fighting Forces and to express our gratitude to the leaders of the country because we do not all have this chance to go and fight at the front,” he continued.

The initiative is carried by the Faso Youth Alliance for Territorial Integrity (AJFIT) of course, but its president invites all those who love peace, justice and security to come to the “yaa tilaï roundabout” support or carry a message. According to him, resilience is also solidarity and cohesion between the daughters and sons of Zabré.

Members of the Faso Youth Alliance for Territorial Integrity (AJFIT) say they pray night and day for the total and complete liberation of Burkina Faso.

And as some believe that singing is prayed twice, a singer named Thérèse Lenga, author of the song “Faso Soldats” in tribute to the national armed forces, was invited for a presentation at the end of the evening
