The High Commissioner of the province of Kourittenga, Moctar Ilboudo, officially installed, on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 in Koupéla, the inspector of primary education, Ouboli Marcel Yogo, in his new functions as provincial director of preschool, primary and non-formal education of Kourittenga.
Appointed by the Council of Ministers on October 2, 2024, the Inspector of Primary Education, Ouboli Marcel Yogo, was officially installed on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 in Koupéla, in his new functions as provincial director of preschool, primary and non-formal education of Kourittenga.
The ceremony was attended by the teaching staff and personalities from within and outside the country.
Marcel Yogo expressed his gratitude to the highest authorities for the trust placed in his modest person.
“I fully appreciate the immensity and weight of the responsibility of this new mission that has been entrusted to me. I would like to reassure you that with my full availability, my commitment and thanks to the dedication
of the colleagues full of knowledge and professional experience at my side, I remain confident of the success of this mission,” declared Mr. Yogo.
The outgoing provincial director, Pascal Waongo, congratulated his successor and thanked the actors through whom he contributed to the education of the children of Kourittenga.
“To my dear colleagues, to the teachers, I ask you to give the incoming provincial director all the support he will need, not to please him but because it is a necessity for the mission that is common to you,” confided Mr. Waongo.
The head of the primary education department of Kourittenga, on behalf of the staff, reassured the incoming director of their availability, their determination, their commitment, their solidarity to support him in achieving his objectives.
The High Commissioner of the Kourittenga province, Moctar Ilboudo, paid tribute to Pascal Waongo for his services rendered and his remarkable work carried out for the Kourittenga province.
He congratulated Ouboli Marcel Yogo
on his appointment while reminding him of his main mission and his responsibilities.
