The Ministry of Sports, Youth and Employment announced on Wednesday the launch of a program to recruit and place 4,000 young people on three-month introductory training courses in the 45 provinces of Burkina Faso.

The aim of this programme is to strengthen the employability of young people and facilitate their professional integration.

According to the ministry, candidates for this recruitment must be of Burkinabe nationality and aged between 18 and 35.

Application files consisting of a handwritten request, a copy of the national identity card and a diploma or professional qualification title are admissible from September 11 to 23, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the ministry informs in a press release.

The ministry notes that no internship allowance is provided, but participants will benefit from training and certificates at the end of the internship.

According to him, the available internship positions can be consulted at the level of the regional and provincial directorates of the ministry.
