Bogandé: The VEMS Banni Guiri Association offers equipment worth more than 4 million to the CMA, students and VDPs

The Vision of Medical and Social Mutual Aid Association (VEMS Banni Guiri) offered various equipment to the Medical Center with Surgical Antenna of Bogandé, to the Provincial Directorate of Primary Preschool Education and not formal and to volunteers for the Defense of the Fatherland this Monday, March 25, 2024, in Bogandé. This delivery was carried out on the site of each structure.

The donation consists of medical equipment as well as consumables and medical clothing for the Bogandé Medical Center with Surgical Antenna, solar lamps for primary school students and flashlights for the benefit of the Volunteers for the Defense of the Fatherland. The acquisition of this equipment earned the VEMS Banni Guiri association the sum of 4,008,000 of our francs.

According to the president of the Vision for Medical and Social Mutual Aid Association (VEMS Banni Guiri) Doctor Zambendé Moïse Lankoandé, it is a gesture of solidarity and encouragement made to the various actors for their resilience despite the difficult se
curity context. According to him, his association is now resolutely committed alongside administrative officials for the happiness of the populations.

A gesture welcomed by all the beneficiaries who did not fail to express their gratitude to the donor association. For the representative of the Chief Medical Officer of the Bogandé health district, Jacques Ouoba, the district is honored by this donation. ‘We still need such gestures given the paucity of our resources and the influx of patients in recent times,’ he suggested. Furthermore, he invited other associations to follow suit.

As a reminder, the VEMS Banni Guiri association was officially recognized on August 24, 2022. Its objective is to contribute to the improvement of health and social assistance service offerings to vulnerable and deprived populations.
