Bazèga: 3,335 candidates including 24 EDI seeking their BEPC diplomas

The official opening of the envelope for the first test of the Brevet d’études du premier cycle (BEPC) in the province of Bazèga, took place this Tuesday, June 4, 2024 in the composition center of the high school municipal of Kombissiri, jury 3.

Let’s go for the composition of the examination for the Brevet d’études du first cycle in the Bazèga province, Center-South region, like other localities in Burkina Faso. The starting point for the 2024 session was given by the Secretary General of the province of Bazèga, Wossolème Clarisse Denni, in the presence of officials from the provincial directorate of post-primary and secondary education (DPEPS) of Bazèga.

For this session concerning general education, 3,335 candidates including 24 internally displaced students (EDI) are in the running for the BEPC diploma.

In the province of Bazèga, 28 composition centers are selected, including 9 centers which house the juries numbering 14.

For the professional aptitude certificate (CAP), there are 46 registered candida
tes and 71 candidates for the Professional Studies Certificate (BEP).

According to the head of the school exams and competitions department of the DPEPS of Bazèga, Compaoré Patrice Wédraogo. These technical education candidates compose at the Tampinko secondary center in Kombissiri attached to the Manga 2 juries for the BEP and Manga 1 for the CAP.

Before the official opening of the envelope containing the dictation test, the Secretary General of the province encouraged the candidates and provided advice in order to avoid possible inconveniences during the course of the exam.

For the provincial director of post-primary and secondary education in Bazèga, Abdoulaye Nitiema, the start of the exam is taking place in good conditions.
