245 candidates began the theoretical tests for the Professional Qualification Certificate on Tuesday June 4, 2024 in Boromo.
The candidates are for the profession of automobile mechanic and fashion designer. The exam is being held for the first time in Boromo.
The official opening of the envelope was given by the high commissioner of Balé province, Ibrahim Boly.
The theoretical phase of the 2024 session of the Professional Qualification Certificate (CQP) exam began on June 4 in Boromo. This professional training exam is being held for the first time in Boromo. In previous sessions, the Balé candidates went to Dédougou.
This year, there are 245 candidates, the majority of whom are girls. There are 149 candidates for the profession of fashion designer and 46 for the profession of automobile mechanic.
The number of candidates for the CQP according to the provincial director in charge of youth and vocational training, Séré Moussa, has been continuously increasing for several years and this indicates the int
erest of young people in vocational training.
Two juries in fashion design and one in automobile mechanics were set up for the learners’ evaluation work. The announcement of the results is scheduled for Sunday June 9.
The High Commissioner of the Balé province, Ibrahim Boly, opened the envelope of the theoretical test and then expressed his thanks to the authorities of the Ministry of Youth and Vocational Training for the opening of the examination center in Boromo.
The actors of the organization also received the support and encouragement of the general director of Burkina Suudu Bawbé (Burkina skills house), Dr Kèrabouro Palé, in charge of coordinating all the training centers of the Ministry of Youth and of professional training on a supervisory mission as part of the examination.
Mr. Palé was delighted with the smooth running of the session in Boromo and in the 265 other juries across the national territory.
According to the Director General, the ministry opened five new training centers during this y
ear and efforts will continue for the happiness of young people.
