Baccalaureate session 2024: 62.01% final success rate for the Sahel region


The Sahel region achieved a success rate of 62.01%, at the end of the baccalaureate exam, with 100% success for the meat and egg processing series ( TVO) and solar energy (ES).

According to statistics communicated by the regional directorate of secondary education (DRES) of the Sahel, in the first round, 345 candidates including 205 boys and 140 girls were admitted to the baccalaureate in all series combined.

In the second round, out of 199 candidates including 69 boys and 89 eligible girls, 143 candidates including 82 boys and 61 girls are declared definitively admitted in all series combined.

This gives the Sahel region a total of 488 admissions, including 287 boys and 201 girls, for the baccalaureate in all series combined, or 62.01%.

The meat and egg processing (TVO) series with a total number of 12 candidates including 3 boys and 9 girls and the solar energy (ES) series with a total of 13 candidates including 12 boys and one girl each achieved a 100% success rate. success.

It should be noted that fo
r this session, the Sahel region recorded all series combined, 799 candidates including 467 boys and 332 girls for the baccalaureate exam, with an effective presence of 787 candidates including 487 boys and 330 girls.
