The Kolgweogo self-defense groups called on Thursday in Bogandé, the populations for a peaceful march on January 27 to support the transition, the Defense and Security Forces (FDS) and the Defense Volunteers of the Fatherland (VDP) in the fight against terrorism in Burkina, noted the AIB.

‘Since Comrade Captain Ibrahim TRAORE took power, we have been able to observe his determination to forge a better future for the Burkinabe people. This is why we are calling on all the populations of Gnagna to a peaceful march to support the transition, our FDS and our VDP, on Saturday January 27, 2024 from 8 am’ declared the president of the self-defense groups Kolgweogo, Djingri Lankoandé .

They made this known during a meeting which brought together resource people and media people from the locality this Wednesday. During this march, the organizers plan to deliver, in addition to a declaration, a financial contribution for the peace effort to the provincial authorities of Gnagna for transmission.

iators of the march invited all community leaders to mobilize their members for a significant outing of all the daughters and sons of Gnagna next Saturday from 8 am, in Bogandé.
